" Perfect Love"?

 Background:

Ideal Love is the notion that there is a prescription , formula ,  or Perfect  recipe to love.  The word perfect in and of itself tackles many questions in a young scholar's mind... it questions human behavior, conflict and the nature of our imperfections ..  What is TRUE? What Makes IT LOVE?

It is a quintessential question that the reality of  idealism and truth is prescribed and programed. The true nature of the ideal is often in the recipe that consists of the very parts that makes  for a PERFECT whole (Mignano- Brady).

The Narrator on Page 11 in the chapter 1  titled  Ghosts,   paints a vivid portrait of the past for the reader . The idea is to create a  point of contemplation in flashback and stream of consciousness:

Noah "had been in love once, that he knew. Once and only once, and a long time ago. And it had changed him forever. Perfect love did that to a person, and this had been perfect" (Sparks 11).
